Open snapshot of the top 10 genres, mood quadrant distribution, and BPM ranges as analyzed by Orphea's AI across user libraries on Spotify, SoundCloud, TIDAL, Deezer, and Apple Music. Updated quarterly. Free for research and citation under CC BY 4.0.
Each percentage is computed from a representative sample of tracks scored by Orphea's analysis pipeline — combining native provider audio features (tempo, energy, valence, danceability) with AI inference for non-Spotify providers. Mood quadrants follow the Russell circumplex model (valence × arousal). BPM ranges use 20-BPM buckets aligned with industry conventions.
