Which streaming services are supported?

How do AI credits work?

Each track analysis or DNA Scan uses 1 credit. Credits refresh automatically at the start of each month: 5 (Free), 10 (Starter), 30 (Orphea+), 100 (Studio). Unused credits do not carry over.

What is The Cut?

The Cut is Orphea's swipe mode: recommended tracks play one after another, swipe right to keep or left to skip. Kept tracks feed your Music DNA and build your personal weekly playlist.

How is my data stored?

Your data is hosted in Europe (Supabase EU), encrypted at rest and in transit. Orphea never stores your passwords — only revocable OAuth tokens. GDPR-compliant: you can export or delete all your data anytime from your settings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, but no additional charges either.

How do I import my Deezer library?

Two options: (1) paste your public Deezer profile URL (deezer.com/profile/…) on the Import page for a fast no-auth scan, or (2) connect your account via OAuth for a full recurring import. Public scan requires no password sharing.

Does Orphea work on mobile?

Yes. Orphea is a PWA (Progressive Web App) installable on iOS and Android from your browser. A native iOS app is in beta for Studio subscribers. All features (DNA Scan, The Cut, analysis, import) work on mobile.

What's the difference with Spotify Wrapped?

Spotify Wrapped is an annual retrospective of what you listened to (top artists, minutes). Orphea continuously analyzes how your music sounds (energy, valence, tempo) anytime of the year, multi-platform, with actionable insights.

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully. Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. All your data (profile, analyses, likes, OAuth tokens) is wiped immediately and irreversibly. GDPR-compliant (article 17, right to be forgotten).
